Waiver and Terms & Conditions
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between SPORTHUB D.O.O. (“I Love Supersport”) and you, the member (“Member”). By engaging in any services provided by I Love Supersport, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement. For clarity, I Love Supersport operates under the following license and registration number SI 31055222.
All entities under I Love Supersport adhere to the terms and conditions listed below. By making any payments, members agree to these terms and conditions.

Waiver and Release of Liability
The Member acknowledges that participating in any exercise, sport, or fitness program can involve inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical injury or death. By participating in I Love Supersport activities, events, or programs, the Member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with these activities.
In consideration of being allowed to participate, the Member, or the parent/guardian of a minor, agrees to the following:
• The Member releases I Love Supersport, its employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from participation in I Love Supersport activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
• The Member attests that they are physically fit to participate in I Love Supersport activities and have been cleared by a licensed medical professional within the past six months.
• The Member waives any right to bring legal action against I Love Supersport for any personal injury or property damage arising out of participation in I Love Supersport activities.

Photography and Media Consent
The Member grants I Love Supersport the right to photograph and/or record them during activities at the sessions or events. These images or videos may be used for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation, and the Member waives any right to inspect or approve such materials.

Online Payments and Agreement to Terms
By making an online payment to I Love Supersport, the Member agrees to these terms and conditions in their entirety. And payment confirms acceptance of these terms. All payments, once made, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these terms.

Return/Refund Policy
• Memberships and packages are non-refundable under any circumstances. Members may freeze their memberships according to the specific terms of their package.
• Retail items are non-refundable. All sales are final.
• Memberships maybe transferable subject to the approval of I Love Supersport.
• In case a refund is approved by I Love Supersport, it will be subject to a 20% administration and processing fee. Only pro-rated sessions are eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given for past sessions or missed classes.

Cancellation Policy
• Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled class. Failure to cancel within this window will result in the forfeiture of one session or a fee of €50.
• Personal Training: Cancellations for personal training, semi-private training, performance testing, workshops and similar services must be made 12 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or attend will result in the session being charged at full price.
• The personal training package does not include facility rental fees, which must be paid separately.
• You may freeze your personal training package once for 1 to 8 weeks with prior notice to your coach.

General Conduct and Safety
• Online memberships and subscriptions: Members are strictly prohibited from sharing their personal coaching programs with any individual not authorized by I Love Supersport. These programs are provided exclusively for the member’s use and are considered intellectual property of I Love Supersport. Members maybe subject to any loses I Love Supersport may face as a result of failing to comply with our terms and conditions.
• The Member agrees to abide by all facilities rules and guidelines to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. I Love Supersport reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships if a Member does not comply with these guidelines.
• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian while in the facility premises unless they are actively participating in a supervised program or class.

Modifications to Terms
I Love Supersport reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or through a notice on the I Love Supersport website. Continued participation in I Love Supersport programs after any changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
