What should I do if my personal running goal does not match the goals of other runners in the group?
You can prepare for any race using this training program. Just let the trainer know when your race is scheduled, and we will adjust your training schedule accordingly.
How do I choose the appropriate group level?
Level 1 is for those with minimal running experience who can run up to five kilometers without stopping and are just starting out with the goal of completing their first official race. Level 2 is for those who can run five kilometers in less than 30 minutes and have running experience, but want a goal for regular training.
What equipment will I need?
When you sign up, you will receive an email with a list of necessary equipment for the first training session. Вам не понадобится ничего специального — стандартная беговая экипировка по погоде.
How can I pause my membership?
Contact your coordinator to cancel or pause your classes.
What should I do if I miss a training session?
Missing one or two training sessions is not a big deal. We will send you an assignment for independent work. If you get sick, we can freeze the missed sessions for you. And if you travel to a city where our branch is open, you can attend a training session there — just get in touch with our coordinator to arrange it.
